  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us and after any required deposit or payment has been successfully processed.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all bookings.
  • Payment: Full payment for your stay is typically due upon arrival, unless a special offer or package requires prepayment. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card to ensure funds are available.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be as fair as possible:

  • Cancellation by Guest (Standard Rate):
    • For a full refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
    • For a 50% refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made between 7 and 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your booking and do not cancel in advance, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unsafe conditions). In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

4. On-Site Rules & Guest Conduct

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, you agree to adhere to the following rules during your stay:

  • Respect for Others: Please be considerate of your fellow guests. We encourage a peaceful atmosphere, especially between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors accompanying you. This includes exercising caution near the Buna River, around farm animals, and during activities like horse riding or swimming.
  • Children: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, especially in the playground area and near the river.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and supervised. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage they may cause.
  • Environment & Waste: Please help us protect our beautiful natural environment. Use the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Do not leave food or trash out that could attract wildlife.
  • Fires & Barbecues: Fires are only permitted in designated campfire pits and barbecue areas. Never leave a fire unattended.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to our property, accommodations, or equipment during their stay.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety and comfort, Dream Land Shkodër shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on our premises. Use of our facilities, including the river, playground, and horse riding services, is at your own risk.
